Hi,
Im cc'ing Daniel for the correct answer.  and James as a fellow
Edmonton Mapper... so you dont step on toes, accedently working on the
same tile.   (which is why i'm recommending IRC  #osm-ca chat on
oftc.net   so everyone knows whats going on.

1st thanks for sharing the tile # your working on.

So if at one end of the street has a number, it's just a guess on what
the other number is,   those need to be added in when found the
correct #.

So in order for it to render, something needed to be in place (to make
address interpolation work).  Otherwise the 1st number wouldn't show
up.   So i would leave it as '-1'   and maybe even add in the tag
'fixme=check housenumber'. ... then go around the neighbourhood and
note down what it actually is ... while adding other stuff that isn't
on the map.   Post boxes perhaps?

Perhaps others have answers that could work too :)
