[Talk-ca] Canvec.osm Product - Running!

Okay, anyone out there know what the extra numbers tacked on the end
of the tile number represent?

083H11.0.0.3.osm

083H11 is the tile number, but what is the 0.0.3 portion? I can't seem
to make any sense as to how they are to be interpreted. They seem to
start in the upper left corner of the tile, but if I'm on 0.3.0,
what's the number of the tile to the left?
