[Talk-ca] Merkaartor and WMS layers

The WMS layer links are for JOSM.
And yes, thats a good idea to put all the available WMS layers
together on the same wiki page.
I know that there MUST be a wms layer that shows the NTS box, but i
havent found it.

Feel free to jump in the #osm-ca IRC chat. Their is a user who works
with Merkaarator who can help with the learning curve.
