[Talk-ca] Geobase/Toporama WMS down?

Thanks, I was going to give it a day before directly asking :)
I have noticed that the NRCan system goes down, just for when upgrades are
happening.  I noticed that the geobase.ca website is also down right now.

So it's good to know that the problem is being worked on already  (& the
hampsters are getting fed :-)
