[Talk-ca] New Surrey Data

Surrey has released 2010 Orthographs under PDDL in GeoTiff format. They're
at http://www.surrey.ca/city-services/4911.aspx

The images posted online have had their resolution reduced to approximately
40cm from 10cm for file-size reasons. Apparently the original GeoTiffs are
about 1 GB each. I'm talking to someone from the GIS department to see if I
can get the outlying areas or higher resolution images. Regardless, their
quality is higher than the previously posted 2008 orthographs.

This may not be of interest to anyone else as I'm not sure if anyone else is
mapping in the Surrey area, but maybe it will inspire someone to.
