[Talk-ca] Routing issue / Probleme de routage

If you set the origin to be Gaspé, and a destination of Cornwall, then
MapQuest will take the long way through Miramichi.
If you set the destination to Dorval, then MapQuest will go through Rimouski.
The difference in destination between Cornwall and Dorval is
negligible, and both are far away from the incorrect routing. Perhaps
this has to do with incorrect road classification or speed limits?
Perhaps MapQuest has pre-calculated a long-distance routing
matrix/tree, and that routing matrix/tree is using old data, which is
causing the strange errors here?
I cannot recreate the routing error in http://routingdemo.geofabrik.de/
