[Talk-ca] Coastline vs. water

I noticed the change earlier today:

Lake Winnipeg is a freshwater lake, albeit a big one. I'm aware that
there is some discussion as to whether very large lakes should be
tagged as natural=coastline rather than natural=water, but at the
moment this appears, IMHO, that this is a change that should not have
been made.
