[Talk-ca] Notes on a Saskatchewan import

Hmmm.  Maybe I'll hold off on importing any more Canvec roads until 
Edition 8 (due in April?).  Are there any other major changes in Ed. 8?  
If not, I may continue to upload non-road features from Ed 7...
