Bonne nouvelle. Le Blog de OSM Foundation annonce que la 
migration vers le nouveau serveur OSM est complétée et l'API est de 
retour à la situation habituelle (lecture / écriture).

Good news. The OSM Foundation Blog indicates this morning that the migration to the new server is completed and the API is back to normal opreation 
read-write.
