[Talk-ca] New Lower Mainland Imagery sources

I am adding it using the Add Imagery URL. (the + sign) then under TMS URL I
put in:
http://127.0.0.1:8111/imagery?title=DataBC%20bc_gvrd_west_2009&type=tms&url=http://{switch:a,b,c,d}.imagery.paulnorman.ca/tiles/bc_gvrd_west_2009/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.png

I leave Zoom empty, then hit ok.
