The now-opened section will probably change further.  it has a new
tunnel, here.

The express and collectors, westbound, previously merged after passing
over 403/410 at the same place the the 410SB ramp joined 401 WB.  What
a mess.  The new construction will be much better.

I've added some gps traces for this area.  The aerial imagery, while
nice.  Will mislead you now.
