[Talk-ca] Edmonton OSM gathering

While spreading the word as much as possible certainly can't hurt, I'd suggest that at the very least possible events are posted here as well. I've been mapping and using/programming computers for years (long before OpenStreetMap), but have never used (or heard of) upcoming.com or meetup.com. Getting more people involved in OSM is great, and it can't hurt to spread the word as widely as possible, but I'd suggest that posting a possible event here should definitely be done.
And BTW - I'm in the Edmonton area, and depending on the date/time/etc. may be interested in attending myself.
