[Talk-ca] redaction bot coming soon!

Looks like the Great White North is done, and bot has moved on to
Australia! Keep in mind not to hammer the server too much looking at
the new data, as there's still the majority of the world yet to
redact, plus the bot could come back around and deal with those
erroneous tiles.
