[Talk-ca] Redaction bot suspected in data damage

I noticed when zooming in on the area around Victoria, BC that several roads in the area had been detagged and rendered invisible.  Apparently the redaction bot's activities in this area and perhaps several other areas may have had some harmful effects.  Please pay careful attention and make sure you spot and fix these errors.
