[Talk-ca] Fixme Files

A few comments:

 

I downloaded 092P02 listed as being part of Vancouver. The Fixme_092G02  is,
but the other data in the file isn’t remotely close. I think there was a
packaging error.

 

I see a lot of what are highway=service in OSM showing up on here as well as
some highway=unclassified
