[Talk-ca] canvec fixme - Place type may not be valid

Hello:

       I'm currently importing canvec data in south western Ontario.

        My question is, canvec data has fixmes for
        place = locality      Place type may not be valid
        track sport type unknown. 

        Should I just go ahead and delete these fixme, as I don't think
they are really fixme's?
