[Talk-ca] Canvec import issues

Harald,

OSM France publishes the Osmose validation Map  http://osmose.openstreetmap.fr/map/ where we can see an Unnamed, Fixme and Note layers.

Other  then using MapCSS Fixme Style that I created for JOSM, it is possible to use the Unnamed TMS layer from OSM France. But the lines look very thin into JOSM. It is then less visible than the Fixme style. For JOSM, the TMS link is http://layers.openstreetmap.fr/tiles/renderer.py/noname/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.png
