Hi,

Here's a pretty interesting post about the use of aerial drones as tools
for geomatics in Alberta.

Despites the fact this is in context of a private, extensive use, those
expensive drones have cheaper equivalents, as you all know.
This week-end at SotmFr i've heard about drones they've used.
With Guy Talbot, as Quebec local group representatives, we found several
exemples of "balloon mapping" (unfortunatly dependant of helium gas and a
cord) but what about drones?
