[Talk-ca] Maptime/OSM meetup for those in the Windsor Ontario area

Hello!

I hope you don't mind using talk-ca to find OSMappers in the Windsor,
Ontario region to let them know that we'll be talking about OpenStreetMap
at a Maptime meetup at Hackforge:
