[Talk-ca] New project update

[Ellefsen, Bjenk (STATCAN)]

Hello everyone,

Basically, what we would like to do is define a project for OSM to collect information about non-residential buildings.
We would like to popose a list of what would be collected. We were thinking of identifying specific areas to start with.
