Most buildings in Ottawa are wheelchair accessible do you want them tagged as such, we also have a tag for toilets:wheelchair<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:toilets:wheelchair> which means States if a location has a wheelchair accessible toilet or not. I think this might be useful to map anyway.
