nah, all that pointenclicky would do me no good at all. This is what OGR
is for:

    ogr2ogr -f GeoJSON -s_srs epsg:2951 -t_srs epsg:4326 \
       -dialect SQLite \
       -sql "select * from entities where LAYER='house'" \
       glebe-houses-4326.geojson 368029.dxf

Assuming I picked the right datum (I've been burned before) here are
