[Talk-ca] Slack

Hi all, me again. Perhaps you know that OSM US started a Slack community a
while ago. This has attracted a lot of folks and turned out to be a great
place to chat with fellow mappers / organizers.

If you don't know Slack, it's basically IRC with a friendlier face.
Unfortunately it's not open source, but we chose this pragmatically: the
OSM US board already used Slack and a fair number of OSM community members
already used it for work as well.

This is not for the US alone. Now there's also a Canada channel on there.

self-invite yourself.
