[Talk-ca] [Import] Local community approval building & addresses in Peel region

To answer Stewarts comment about overlapping buildings.

We will be using the Tasking Manager to import small chunks of data that
can be downloaded via each individual tasks.

Only people with enough JOSM experience should tackle this type of task.

You will be able to download different parts of the data:
- Building outline + Address
- Building outline
- Address

Here's a URL example of an OSM Building + Address

Within the downtown areas were a lot of buildings are already mapped only
the Address points should be merged into the existing geometry (unless
building shape is very poor quality).

The bulk of the building imports will be done in the rural areas where
there is very limited amounts of conflicts.

You should always click the Validate button in JOSM before submitting, some
of the data has duplicate nodes or overlapping ways, this comes back to
being an experienced JOSM user.
