[Talk-ca] Vancouver mappy hour

Starting this year, we're aiming to have monthly mappy hours in 
Vancouver, on the 4th Friday of each month. The next one is Friday March 
24th, near Metrotown at 6:30 PM at the Firefighters' Public House. This 
is convenient to transit
