[Talk-ca] EBGames rename to GameStop

Search OSM for remaining EBGames stores and use them as indicator of areas
that need to be surveyed in person and updated.

So many of our stores are out of date that it doesn't make sense to try to
make exceptions to mass edit or remote edit policy just for this one.
