[Talk-ca] Massive undiscussed import from Peterborough GIS

Hi Frederik,
Sounds like it's the best option. I took a look at some of the houses that
were imported - they do not match the Esri satellite data and their shapes
appear odd and, in many cases, inaccurate. Bring it back to the work of
the locals.
