[Talk-ca] Open addresses from Statistics Canada

Has its licence, "Open Government Licence – Canada", been cleared by
OSM legal with that specific name?

(the ZIPs aren't downloading right now, might be everyone trying to
download them?)

It claims to include postal code which could be pretty useful for OSM
as I don't think there's any other open datasets with Canadian postal
codes
