[Talk-ca] Open addresses from Statistics Canada

Je crois que le serveur n'est tout simplement pas accessible présentement et sans doute pas de personnel pour assurer le suivi des serveurs durant les fin de semaine. 

Tentative via commande wget, je reçois un message  : Impossible de se connecter au serveur distant

It claims to include postal code which could be pretty useful for OSM
as I don't think there's any other open datasets with Canadian postal
codes
