A small correction perhaps. OSM itself is perfectly capable of dealing
with quickly changing data. So are many of data users: if you make an
edit, you can often see it reflected on openstreetmap-carto tiles
within a few minutes. As another example, OsmAnd+, despite being in
principle an offline viewer and router, can get hourly updates from
the database. It is some users of the OSM database - some parts of the
ecosystem - that lack what it takes to deal with changing data.
