But not adding in the blockage now will result in unreliable routing
for months while those washed-out bridges are being rebuilt - even in
data users that *do* try to update their data.

By this logic, I should not map a roadside cafe since I don't know if
it will still be open in a year or two - what if someone depends on
the mapped cafe being there to find a warm place to sit and have a
coffee?
