I don't know what this is about (I doubt it is solely to solicit sex, but that's entirely possible).  I answered someone on the Australian list that this seems very fishy, quite likely a "social engineering" scam.  I recommended he report it to DWG, he did.  When you say you "reported her to administrators" I don't know if you mean DWG, but that's what I recommend you do, if you haven't already.  OSM seems to be suffering an increase in these sorts of "attacks," and if that isn't the correct word, at least these are unwanted.  ANYbody in OSM is vulnerable to these.  Please be wary and report these to DWG if you are an unfortunate recipient.
