[Talk-ca] Feedback requested on provincial highway shield designs

Last and certainly not least, we have Ontario, featuring a rainbow of
county roads: https://github.com/ZeLonewolf/openstreetmap-americana/pull/278
This one was a doozy. I had to do a lot more research than I expected on
this one, and the crown-shaped shield was tough to simplify while keeping
it recognizable. I appreciate any feedback, especially if you're local to
any of the areas where there are any special-case local roads (including
shields with a different colour scheme).
On a different note, I was looking at route=road relations in Newfoundland
and Labrador, and most of them are tagged with network=CA:NL:R. This seems
odd to me, as I thought NL has only one highway shield other than the
Trans-Canada, a simple black-on-white rectangle. Shouldn't this just be
network=CA:NL? I want to make sure before we go forward and make the
decision to support a particular tagging scheme.
