[Talk-ca] openstreetmap.org tile rendering unreliable

I asked for some information from the debug page in 
https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-ca/2022-July/010479.html, 
not the developer tools. Developer tools would have the same 
information, and more, but I don't know how to use them on Safari.
