[Talk-ca] Importing CanVec – Worth it?

the issue with Canvec is the "hole" in the forest relation needs to be
merged down with the water features, be it wetlands/marshes/lakes etc.
OSM/JOSM considers it an error to have overlapping polygons, so you need to
delete the "forest hole" and add the lake/wetland to the forest relation as
an inner polygon.
Super annoying and tedious, wish there was a more automated way to merge
them down
