[Talk-ca] Alberta Highway 2 in Mountain View County

Shouldn't sections of Alberta Highway 2 in Mountain View County tagged as
trunk? I have tagged it as such, but it's now alternating between trunk and
motorway, with short trunk segments where there's an intersection with a
rural road. I think we've adapted 2 interchange threshold when a highway
can be tagged motorway, but that's not applicable to the case of Highway 2
north of TR 310 (Bergthal and Westcott roads) and the Mountain View
County-Red Deer County boundary at TR 340, as there's only one interchange
between TR 310 and TR 320, and TR 320 to TR 334.
