[Talk-ca] Community consultation re Windsor Hackforge OSMF Local Chapter Application

However my feelings are a chapter ought to represent the active local
mappers and I would have a concern if two or three mappers made a
decision then put it forward as an OSM chapter point of view.
I think there should be some sort of minimum number of active mappers
whether that is a percentage of the local mappers or an absolute number
or what even the definition of an active mapper is just to give some
credibility to the chapter.
Could someone from the proposed organisation introduce themselves and
give some reassurance they have a thousand active mappers who have made
more than five hundred edits each?
