[Talk-ca] Community Mailboxes and Relay Boxes Tagging

I understand they also have parcel boxes. The tagging doesn't account
that these are a combination of a post box, letter box and parcel locker.
I am very aware of the Tagging guidelines located at:
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Canada/Tagging_guidelines

It has also been suggested to create 2 seperate nodes, one for each of
it's functions:

- `amenity=letter_box` (Incoming mail)
- `amenity=post_box` (Outgoing mail)

Is it then better to leave it as status-quo until better tagging for
this situation comes around?

=====

How would you feel about a mass-edit to change `amenity=relay_box` to
`man_made=street_box` + `street_box=postal_service`, and at the same
time normalize the operator tags in line with previous discussions, and
what's currently written in the tagging recommendations.

The result would be:

- Changing `amenity=relay_box` to `man_made=street_box` +
`street_box=postal_service`
- Normalizing operator for:
     operator:en=Canada Post
     operator:fr=Postes Canada
     operator:wikidata=Q1032001

There are a total of 305 nodes that would be affected, all located in
Southern Ontario.

(I forgot to hit reply-all, sorry if you get my response twice)
