[Talk-ca] Mass retagging for CPKC railroad merger

Howdy northern neighbors,

The merger between the Canadian Pacific and Kansas City Southern railroads
is now complete [1], forming a new company named Canadian Pacific Kansas
City Limited, doing business as CPKC [2]. Since they seem to prefer their
trade name over their full name in official communications, we went ahead
and retagged all their trackage in the United States with operator=CPKC
accordingly [3].

Any objections to performing the same mass edit across Canada?
