They were quickly blocked [0] by the DWG for their username (which is 
impersonating a DWG member [1] using a Cyrillic р as a homoglyph for a 
latin p). Did you report the edits themselves to the DWG? Right now the 
block is temporary and expires in about a day. I'll go ahead and try to 
revert the edit you linked, assuming nobody else gets to it first.
