[Talk-ca] ArcGIS OSM Tree editing in OSM

Step one would be check what hardware and software they will be using.

I seem to recall a previous effort to add to OSM failed as the students did
not have the correct combination to add to OSM.

Step two do a dummy run first.  JOSM runs fine with Microsoft Openjdk and
it can all be run from a USB stick.  You don't need all of JOSM to do the
job.

Step three add a couple of trees with the tags into OSM beforehand as an
example to the students.
