[Talk-ca] Someone adding LKW to truck lanes and parking at border crossings

Oh, I also saw this at the Fort Erie border earlier. Made a note https://www.openstreetmap.org/note/3680966 but didn't get any responses.

I would favour removing it unless there's another meaning of LKW in Canada that I'm not aware of.

For that matter, I also saw this on the Buffalo side of the border so we could ask the U.S. editors whether they know anything about it, or if they want to clean up their side as well.
