[Talk-ca] Create Canada category on OSM Community Forum

Hello,

I would like to propose creating a Canada subcategory on the OSM Community Forum (https://community.openstreetmap.org/). This would serve as another place for people to ask Canada specific questions without having to sign up for the mailing list. The forum has proven itself as a valuable resource for the entire OSM community and many other countries have successfully grown their local communities by creating a category there.

I believe all that needs to be done is

- Find a few volunteers to be moderators
- Make a post in New Category Requests (https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/site-feedback/new-category-requests/37)

Would anyone like to help make this happen?
