[Talk-ca] Some now-defunct chains

Looks like we still have some defunct chains on the map, as listed below.

- Mac's (all stores rebranded Circle K. 200+ remain.)
- EB Games (all stores rebranded GameStop. 150+ with that brand still
remain)
- Alia N TanJay (liquidated 2020, all stores closed. 42 remain.)
- State Farm (all Canadian franchisees offices rebranded Desjardins since
2018. 17 remain)
- Payless ShoeSource (all Canadian stores closed from 2019. 13 remain)
