[Talk-ca] Nanaimo street address data

You might be lucky if you dig into stats canada open data.  For the 
labour force or unemployment survey they record the house number of 
every house in Canada except those locations such as reservations that 
are not included in the labour force survey. I seem to recall this being 
done for Metrolinx by one of their employees some years ago.
