[Talk-ca] Steinbach, MB

[Jherome Miguel]

looks like to me a bad case of not checking for offset when tracing
aerials. Roads and buildings are badly off alignment with City of Steinbach
GIS orthophoto (available via Esri). Tried to fix everything from mobile
but it's overwhelming.
