[Talk-ca] Public Transit Relation Validation

Hello all,

I've just committed a changeset at the Ontario Street and South Service 
Road intersection in Lincoln, where I was splitting up some the roads 
into two one-way parts due to physical separation. As part of this I had 
to copy over some relation membership and want to make sure I did it right.

The affected area is around this node
