[Talk-ca] Possible source of street addresses for entirety of British Columbia

I recently made some inquiries in BC in the spring of 2024.  I discovered
the Integrated Cadastral Information Society is the aggregator for next Gen
911 address data in BC.  Unfortunately, ICIS is arms length from the
provincial government and may not be covered by the province's open data
policy.  Furthermore, I was told by the head of ICIS that their address
point data would not be released as open data.

I am not certain how this info relates to the links provided in this
thread.  But it does not bode well.
