[Talk-ca] Canada Post outlets not operated by Canada Post

Hi all,

At least some Canada Post postal outlets are not operated by Canada Post. See link to forum below for photographic evidence.

However, the Name Suggestion Index is currently programmed to add `operator=Canada Post` tags to all `amenity=post_office` that have a name like "Canada Post" [1], and `operator=Postes Canada` for names matching "Poste Canada" [2], as well as `operator:wikidata=Q1032001` for both.

I am thinking that this should be changed and the tags added should be `brand` and `brand:wikidata`, but not `operator` or `operator:wikidata`. This would not prevent adding `operator=Canada Post` tags manually on the offices that _are_ operated by Canada Post.

But I don’t fully know the organizational details around Canada Post. How many of "Canada Post" outlets are actually operated by Canada Post - is it most, or a minority? Is it maybe that Postal Stations and Post Offices are operated by Canada Post, but most outlets are not?
