[Talk-ca] Canada Post outlets not operated by Canada Post

shoppers and Canada post have an agreement for renting space out from
shoppers. Shoppers employees must follow a training given by canada post to
operate the clerk position. Mail is then collected/dropped off by actual
canadapost drivers. That being said it's still branded as CanadaPost inside
the stores
